This qualification delivers broad skills and knowledge in furniture-making tasks that enhance the graduates’ entry-level employment prospects for apprenticeships, traineeships or general employment in a furniture manufacturing environment or related workplace.

This is a Board Endorsed Course and therefore has no HSC examination.


UNITS
To achieve this qualification, competency must be demonstrated in 12 units of competency:

  • 5 core units; plus
  • 7 elective units.
